Send SMS “HELP” to “917208933145” to get a full list of services as a response through SMS.

  • Download the application from the Play Store or Google Play.
  • It works both ways; you can use it as a guest user to get the necessary support through the application.
  • Once  you log in via OTP, you can access basic details of your account, such as balance enquiry and check status, and you can download statements for up to six months. To access such details, you will be required to log in or register with your registered mobile number.
  • SBI Quick can be used to get the support for domestic. And NRI users can directly make a call from the application.

Services that can be managed through the SBI Quick

1. One-time registration process:-

SBI one-time registration process steps:

    • The registration process is straightforward. You simply need to send an SMS that includes the text “REG” followed by your account number to ☎️ 07208933148.
    • Ensure that the SMS is sent from the registered mobile number associated with your account.
    • For example, send the SMS like this: REG ☎️ 43233781122
    • Once the confirmation process is complete, you will receive a notification confirming the successful registration.

If your registration process is unsuccessful:

    • To use the account-related services, you first need to log in to your account.

    • After you send the SMS or make the missed call to this number, you will promptly receive your account balance on your registered mobile number.

(i) To obtain the mini statement for your SBI account, follow these steps:

    • Next, you need to send another SMS with the text “CHQACCY6” and include the six-digit code you received in the consent SMS. This should be sent to the number ☎️ 09223588888.
    • Please ensure that you send the SMS with the code within two hours of sending the initial SMS for the chequebook request.

 

(iii) How to receive an e-statement or the statement for the last six months

    • You can avail yourself of the e-statement for the last six months for your SBI savings account by sending an SMS from your registered mobile number.
    • The format It should be ESTMT followed by a space, then your account number, another space, and finally the four-digit code, sent to the number ☎️ 917208933145.
    • Once you send the SMS for your e-statement, please take note of the code you have sent. This code will be required to open the attachment containing your statement, which will be This code will be sent to your registered email address.

(iv) GREEN PIN

To generate a new ATM PIN via SMS, please follow the instructions below.

    • Once you submit your request, an SBI representative will call you, guide you through the next steps, and inform you about your further steps and offers and details regarding your preferred loan option.

 

(vi) MOBILE TOP-UP/PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE:

Customers who have already registered on  SBI Quick services can avail this service.

    • Once registered, you can easily recharge your mobile number from any operator.
    • The procedure remains the same: send one SMS to ☎️ 917208933145, mentioning MOBRC, and include the code for your specific operator.
    • Once you submit the request, you will receive an SMS with an OTP, valid for 10 minutes. After receiving the OTP, proceed by sending the code MOBACC along with the six-digit code you received.
    • After selecting your desired recharge amount and sending the request, the balance will be debited from your account.
    • Please note that you can use your monthly limit for recharging.
    • Your mobile phone balance is Rs 1000, and the daily limit for recharging is Rs 700, so you cannot recharge more than Rs 700 in a single day.

If the resolution provided by the Nodal Officers does not meet your expectations or you are dissatisfied with the solution, you have the option to resubmit your complaint to Appellate Authorities between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM, from Monday to Friday.

Here are the three steps you must follow to receive support from appellate authorities:

Step 1: While applying to the appellate authorities, you have to share your previous request number and complain about which model circle you are in. Based on that information, you can contact the appellate authorities from the list below and send them your request, but ensure that you have your old service request number available.

Step 2: You cannot appeal to an appellate authority within 90 days of generating your service request or complaint request. Once your request is 90 days old, then you can contact the authority with your details.
