  • Download the application from the Play Store or Google Play.
  • It works both ways; you can use it as a guest user to get the necessary support through the application.
  • Once  you log in via OTP, you can access basic details of your account, such as balance enquiry and check status, and you can download statements for up to six months. To access such details, you will be required to log in or register with your registered mobile number.
  • SBI Quick can be used to get the support for domestic. And NRI users can directly make a call from the application.

Services that can be managed through the SBI Quick

1. One-time registration process:-

    • The registration process is straightforward. You simply need to send an SMS that includes the text “REG” followed by your account number to ☎️ 07208933148.

(iii) How to receive an e-statement or the statement for the last six months

    • You can avail yourself of the e-statement for the last six months for your SBI savings account by sending an SMS from your registered mobile number.

If the resolution provided by the Nodal Officers does not meet your expectations or you are dissatisfied with the solution, you have the option to resubmit your complaint to Appellate Authorities between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM, from Monday to Friday.

Here are the three steps you must follow to receive support from appellate authorities:

Step 1: While applying to the appellate authorities, you have to share your previous request number and complain about which model circle you are in. Based on that information, you can contact the appellate authorities from the list below and send them your request, but ensure that you have your old service request number available.

Step 2: You cannot appeal to an appellate authority within 90 days of generating your service request or complaint request. Once your request is 90 days old, then you can contact the authority with your details.

Step 3: Once you issue your complaint to appellate authorities, they will give you another new reference code within three days, and your issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
